Each gathering we focus on healing the shadow of one of the seven main chakras. Included in the experience is a discussion of the focus chakra, guided deep healing meditation, time for journaling and reflective notes, reiki-supported debriefing and processing, and a discussion of ways to continue supporting your healing for that chakra on your own.
